I took these pictures weeks ago when I was working on redoing one of the College of Winterhold NPCs– I always thought Brelyna Maryon looked a bit dowdy for a rising mage out of House Telvanni.
But with these I think I’ve gone a bit too far in the opposite direction, so we’ll have to come up with something else for Brelyna.

ENB is… um. Hm. I’ve had to lighten it considerably in these pictures so I can’t tell, but my bet is that it is Snowfall Weathers.
Well she doesn’t look dowdy any more! She’s ready to hit the clubs in Winterhold and rake in the men, and…..wait a minute. Winterhold doesn’t have any clubs! Mages don’t do clubs! And if they went to one, they’d probably stand around and blink in confusion. Except Brelyna is young and would probably have a grand time. Plus
What is that loud noise? It’s not one of my spells, but oddly, I feel like moving. Well they don’t have music like this at home!
Can you imagine Tolfdir at a club? Enthir would be okay – he’d find shoppers for his dubious wares, the drunker the better. What about Colette? or Mirabelle? I’d like to be a fly on the wall…
Maybe I’m selling them short. Maybe they’re able to shake off the cobwebs and shake their booties.

But Brelyna looks great! She could go anywhere 🙂
Wellll, I can see that the College of Winterhold is overdue for a student fundraiser. This ought to be fun. I assume that Faralda would be setting up the lighting and all the fun flashy bits and Nirya would be standing around sneering at it– but I imagine both of them can dance and would be trying to outdo the other. Drevis is probably also having a blast. Tolfdir would be congenially nursing some strong drink in the corner and treating it like an anthropological observation. Enthir is in the restroom or out back selling… whatever it is that he sells. Mirabelle would be on the walkietalkies monitoring the event and floating back and forth between the bar and the front gate to make sure all’s going well–kids these days. I am certain Collette is writing an earnest letter of complaint. And what is our friend the orc librarian doing? I assume he’s the DJ since he’s the one with the music catalogue. Also because he is the coolest one there.
If you will recall I think Marcus has said that they’ve had some wild parties in the past…
Making Brelyna the PC was super fun. So far making her as an NPC has been darn near impossible– I can’t get her stupid tintmask to activate, and I’m not sure why not. It has to do with the CK and its refusal to deal with modded overlays I am sure.
I actually have a lot of NPCs to make so I will have to sort that issue out soon. For some reason I got it to work previously but not again.
