Whoa! I’m kinda surprised Marcus didn’t….throttle her on the spot. Yikes!
I have to say that Marcus’s dialogue made him seem more, hmmm what’s the word, intriguing, I think that’s what I want to say.
Before, he was portrayed as kind of a bratty whiner nephew, but he’s actually got some interesting substance.
And that was Very Interesting about Erdi’s past in the Blue Castle. I shouldn’t be surprised, I suppose, but. Enlightening. And Marcus chewed her out but good.
It will be interesting to see if any of your future chapters include a murder. đŸ˜€ Not sure if it will be a double-murder or if one will get to the other first, lol.
Substance, eh? Yes, you could say that. (evil laugh)
Didn’t he, though? Marcus was probably taking notes, the last time Ahtar had, uh, a quiet word with him. He’s a quick study.
